Vicor’s proposal experts have been supporting Federal contractors in writing “winning proposals” for close to two

service innovative. Unlike “body shops” that follow generic o -the-shelf proposal guides, VICOR tailors each proposal
to the unique needs of our clients. For example, an entrenched incumbent with high client evaluations and little
competition is positioned di erently from the newcomer with an expertise in the underlying SOW but in support of
